Staff Training

Continual Professional Development

Our Ethos

Community life is… everybody knowing each other and working together, being there for one another, as opposed to just getting lost in society.
Father Benedict Ramsden
COMAE Founder

Induction and ongoing staff training

We deliver award winning training to all of our staff in line with the latest legislative guidelines. Sessions are all taught on site in our new training suite with the exception of Fire Awareness which is accessed through www.firewatchsouthwest.co.uk.
