About Belvedere
Belvedere is a large, detached house situated on the edge of Totnes in the district known as Bridgetown. The house has large and private gardens to the front and rear and ample parking to the front. The rear garden has a decking area off of the dining room with benches to sit and enjoy the outside space. The house is within walking distance of the town centre.
Accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor is a communal lounge with flat screen television and comfortable leather sofas, a large dining room, two kitchens, and a downstairs laundry room. Belvedere is able to accommodate six service users and all rooms are single occupancy with four on the first floor and two on the ground floor. There are separate bath and shower rooms and upstairs and downstairs WC.
Staff bedrooms are on the first floor and there is an office on the ground floor.
All rooms exceed Care Standards size requirements and are single occupancy. People who live with us are encouraged to personalise their rooms and every effort is made to offer a comfortable and homely environment.

Belvedere is managed by Matt Carfrae who has worked with our organisation for many Years. Like most of our managers Matt has worked his way up through the organisation. So as well as having a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting people to achieve their potential, he truly understands the Community’s Ethos and aims.
Staff are always available to facilitate home visits; it’s never been a problem.
