Tailored Courses
This Community has worked, for more than 30 years, to support service users with a range of mental disorders and complex support needs. We have established a superb professional course to General Services Association standards in Conflict Resolution, Breakaway and Physical Interventions. We offer these and a number of first aid courses which can be tailored to your organisations needs.
People were supported to be as independent as possible, taking responsibility for their medicines, finances and learning new skills. The staff ensured people were physically safe and that their mental wellbeing was prioritised.
Management of violence and aggression
We deliver accredited first aid training dependant on your individual organisation’s needs. Or as an individual you may join in with a First Aid training course that is running.

Induction and ongoing staff training
We deliver award winning training to all of our staff in line with the latest legislative guidelines. Sessions are all taught on site in our new training suite with the exception of Fire Awareness which is accessed through www.firewatchsouthwest.co.uk.
